Partner, Digital Skills and Collaboration Consultant Designing Collaboration

Andrew advises government and private sector organisations on hybrid working practices and coaches digital skills to leaders and teams. He helps them move to better working practices such as asynchronous, goal driven and more visible, and to overcome common issues such as ‘always on’, too many meetings, poor communication, lack of alignment and lack of digital confidence. Helping them to drive more productivity and gain more skills in Microsoft 365. Andrew has worked with UK and Australian Government departments and global industry leaders to move their practices to collaborative, open and smarter ways of work and is currently coaching a European multinational on digital team skills and collaboration. Andrew is also co-author, with Alister Webb, of Designing Collaboration – a series of books, game cards and tools to boost digital collaboration, team and community building.
