In the first-ever combined analysis of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams usage activity, SWOOP Analytics challenges the widespread assumption that remote and hybrid work overload employees with digital meetings, leading to burnout and lower performance. They found that most employees are not overwhelmed with digital meetings; in fact, up to 83% of employees have less than two meetings a day, and less than 1% have five or more.
